Q. If I study for one of the job roles, what can I expect to earn when I am qualified?

A. This can depend on experience as well as qualifications so a junior web developer may expect to earn around 23K while a senior web developer may earn up to 38K.  Average earnings are:

Computer Support Technician - 26K
Network Support Engineer  - 35K
Software Developer MCSD - 40K
Microsoft Office Specialist - 30K

Q. How does the mentoring work?

Q. How do I know if I'm ready to take an exam?

A. Our courses come with TestPrep which simulate the exam you are studying for.  We recommend that you aim for at least 80% before you attempt to take the real exam.

Q. What payment options are there?  Can I pay in installments?

Q. If I ask for information, will a salesman come to the house and persuade me to buy something I can't afford?

A. We do not have salespeople and do not send anyone around to the house.  All of our course advisors are IT professionals and have studied and gained the very qualifications you are interested in.  We try to keep costs down for you so we will communicate with you by email and over the telephone and will only do so when invited.
